How Dismiss South Works
South works by an uptake of the roots and shoots of the weeds. It does

South Herbicide is formulated as a flowable containing 4 lbs. of active
ingredient per gallon. The mode of action of Dismiss South Herbicide
involves uptake by both weed roots and shoots. Application of Dismiss
South Herbicide requires soil moisture for activation. The amount of
soil moisture required for activation following the application depends
on existing soil moisture, organic matter content and soil texture.
